Time zone setting is not working for whole-day events

Hi, there is a bug when you uses a fixed timezone for all-day appointments:

See here with our Europe/Amsterdam (GMT+2):

But if we change the local timezone (of the computer or phone), to Athene/Greece (GMT+3):

The all-day event is not on the correct date, I would expect that it will show on 27 october instead of 26
october
