After Serialization, Subprocess Node Dragging Faces Problems After Removing Child Node

When loading the diagram, the renderDiagramElements method is invoked. Within this method, if the condition this.refreshing evaluates to true, additional wrapper elements are added to the node wrapper,so we need to restrict that from getting added.
