Support for Fixed Height in SfComboBox when EnableToken is set to True

Provide support for specifying a fixed height in SfComboBox when EnableToken is set to True and provide support to scroll its content inside the SfComboBox using a ScrollBar. Currently SfComboBox does not have a fixed height when EnableToken in set to true.
