As per our current process, we are allowing an only single file to upload when to create or reply to the incident. Hence, we should allow uploading multiple files when to create or reply to the incident.
Note: We are Allowing only this file types: *.Zip, *.Rar, *.Zipx & *.7z; and Maximum file size as 30MB
