Provide support to trigger "actionComplete" event after calling "expandAll" & "collapseAll" methods

As there is no event to be triggerred after expandAll/collapseAll in detail Grid using the "expandAll" and "collapseAll" method.


Need to provide support to trigger "actionComplete" after performing expandAll/collapseAll operations in grid with requestType as "expandComplete" and "collapseComplete"
