Enhance the recurrence rule, similar to Google Calendar’s

Improve the recurrenceRule behavior like below.

If we give a rule like below, it completes the rrule and render the appointment.

MONTHLY means -  Render the appointment on every month with no end date.

YEARLY means - Render the appointment  on every year with no end date.

WEEKLY -
[FREQ=WEEKLY;COUNT=2] is applied without "BYDAY", expecting the BYDAY rule be handled internally.
