Intellisense items should load from assemblies without namespaces in Document Language as CSharp

Intellisense items should load themselves for the C# document language without requiring namespaces and classes similar like below Visual studio for EditControl.

Visual studio without namespace and class can show intellisense:


EditControl without namespace and class cannot show Intellisense:
