Event for text changes of sticky note annotation

Hi Manigandan Shanmugam!

For business reasons, we need to store comments from PDF files in the external storage.

For example in the desktop app, the user can load a file, and add comments via PDF Viewer control. The desktop app sends comments to the Web API and the user can see comments on the Web App (without displaying a PDF file).

Therefore, we are looking for a solution in which we could receive information that the user has changed the content of the comment.
