In Adaptive mode, 24 hours format is not displaying on Scheduler time cells

When we change the locale property on Scheduler to some other culture (eg: fr-CH), the time cell content should be displayed correctly in 24 hours format. It displays properly in desktop mode but for mobile mode, the time is always displayed in 12 hours format which needs to be fixed.
