Support for exporting Pivot Table to an Excel document with a header and footer for virtual data export

Our Syncfusion Blazor Pivot Table can currently be exported as an Excel and PDF document. However, currently we don't have the support to export Excel and PDF document with header and footer while enabling virtualization and paging (engine exporting). So, when EnableVirtualization and EnablePaging is enabled in the Pivot Table, we need to provide support for exporting virtual data to an Excel document with a header and footer.

Need to consider the followings while implementing the support:
1. Relational data 
Built-in engine
Server-side engine
2. Olap data
3. Following features should be considered
1. With Virtualization
2. Without Virtualization
3. With Paging
4. Without Paging
4. Need to write automation for above use cases.
