Need to improve the dateTimeCategory interval and intervalType calculations

Currently, we have set the intervalType as 'Hours' and the interval as 1. However, the axisValue is not being properly applied in the dateTimeCategory valueType. Therefore, we need to enhance the dateTimeCategory calculations based on the interval and intervalType.
