Provide auto width support for resources columns in the Scheduler

Need to provide auto width support for resources columns based on the resource content in the Scheduler. Now, we have a fixed table layout with the hardcoded width of the resource column as 200px. it can be overridden in css end. but can't provide auto width for the resource column.
