Tooltip is not rendering based on its tooltip text width when the tooltip size is greater than its widget

When the size of the rectangular tooltip is greater than the size of the slider, the tooltip is not rendering properly. The text renders exceeding the width of the tooltip and it is working properly when we extend the tooltip with SfPaddleTooltipShape.
