Support for displaying the left and top outer borders when their respective gridline visibility is set

As of now, the left and top outer borders are always displayed unless the grid and header line visibility are set to "none."

Provide support for showing the left and top outer borders when their respective grid and header line visibility is configured.

Left outer border - GridLinesVisibility.vertical and GridLinesVisibility.both.

Top outer border - GridLinesVisibility.horizontal and GridLinesVisibility.both.
