While enabling the EnablePersistence property it throws an exception

While enabling the EnablePersistence='true' property, it throws an exception.

Replication Procedure:


  1. Run the sample.
  2. Click the Test button to open the dialog.
  3. Drag and drop the dialog and close it.
  4. Now, again try to open the dialog and see the issue.

Expected Behavior: While enabling the EnablePersistence="true" property, it should not throw an exception.


Actual Behavior: While enabling the EnablePersistence="true" property, it throws an exception.
