DataGridTemplateColumns don't work anymore with DataTemplateSelectors

Hi,

If we use a column of type DataGridTemplateColumn in our grid, and use a DateTemplateSelector as the cell's template, nothing will be displayed. Using a regular DataTemplate works correctly.

I have replicated this issue on both Android and Windows 10.

I'm pretty sure that this used to work back in August, so I think the bug may come from a MAUI update, but I'm not sure.

I have included a sample app that replicates this issue.
