Expandable list support for CollectionEditor in PropertyGrid

When a PropertyGrid encounters a property with a data type of 'Collection,' it currently provides a CollectionEditor. Our aim is to introduce a new feature that alters this behavior. Specifically, we intend to enhance the PropertyGrid to load an expandable list view instead of the default CollectionEditor when it encounters properties of this DataType
. 

Reference - When the Type of SelectedObject property in SfProeprtyGrid is a Collection it displays the objects inside it in Expandable List style.
