Cell content incorrectly displayed when navigating with arrow keys

Hi,

When navigating the grid with the arrow keys on Windows, the cells' content will be incorrectly displayed. Multiple issues seem to happen depending on the context, but they always happen. (It doesn't happen randomly)

I have included a sample app that replicates this issue. Here is what happens for me in this app : 

  1. I select the first row, first column
  2. I press the right arrow twice
    Here, the selected column's text will be partially outside the cell, like so :
    Empty


  3. I then press the right arrow twice again
    Here, no cell is selected
  4. I press the right arrow once more
    Here, the last column (Which should have been selected in the step before) is selected
  5. I then press the left arrow 3 times
    Here, the cell's content is not displayed, like so :
     
    Empty


  6. I then press the left arrow one last time
    Here, the cell's header is not displayed. Also, the cell's right side is not purple
    Empty


These issues don't seem to happen when I navigate using the slider. It also seems extremely dependent on the cells' width, since I was not able to replicate this issue with smaller cells.
