Two functional requirements for IntellisensePopup

Actively close or open IntellisensePopup by setting the readable and writable IsOpen property


When the user selects a member in IntellisensePopup, if the last member in the list is currently selected and ↓ is pressed, the first element in the list is selected. Vice versa, if the first member is selected and ↑ is pressed, the last element is selected.
