Provide support for ordering of columns based on user preference in spreadsheet control

Need to provide support for ordering of columns in spreadsheet as like in MS Excel. 

Description: Excel supports with advanced sorting option to sort (or) re-order the columns to Left-Right based on customer preference. Currently, spreadsheet supports with Top-Bottom approach need to include Left-Right approach.
