When using e-outline, Top Border Overlaps Placeholder Text

Description :

When utilizing the 'e-outline' CssClass, an issue arises where the top border overlaps with the placeholder text, specifically occurring when a selected value is removed.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Select the item.
  3. Now remove the item.
  4. Focus out the component.

Expected: Top border overlaps the placeholder.

Actual: Top border shouldn’t overlap.
