Expose close property in DialogUtility classes to allow close action to execute cancel action

If ej.popups.DialogUtility.* (e.g. confirm) were to expose the "close" property it would be easier to make sure that the cancel action is executed regardless of whether the dialog is closed by clicking the cancel button, the close icon or by pressing ESC.
