New remote filter exception bug since 23.1.39

Remote column filter with DataAdapter type WebAPI crashes on every column type but string.

If you open a datagrid filter e.g. for a DateTime or Boolean column you it will raise an exception:

This is new in 23.1.39(!) in 23.1.38 it worked!
