Support to smartly arrange the resize handle when dragging view outside the image editor bounds

When adding the custom view with angle and then drag the view outside the image editor bounds; the default resize handle(right bottom corner) will be hidden. Due to this, we cannot resize and rotate the view.

So, we will provide support to re arrange resize handle inside the visible view like top right corner or top left corner.
