Performance Improvement - Dynamically changing grid height with infinite scrolling

Need to enhance the performance of the infinite scrolling feature, especially when dynamically adjusting the grid's height. It's essential that this optimization ensures there is no degradation in performance while scrolling through the grid or when switching between grids within the tab component.
