Value Change Event Triggered Twice when using Delay in the Handler

In NumericTextbox, Value Change Event triggered twice when using delay in event handler.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Enter any number.
  3. Now focus out the component.

Expected: Value Change event should trigger once.

Actual: Value change event triggered twice.
