In Fluent Theme, Previous and Next Icons Display Incorrectly

Description :

In DateRangePicker, the previous and next icons display incorrectly(it should be added like calendar previous and next icon) in fluent theme,

Note: This issue occurs in JS platform too and occurs only in fluent theme.

Replication Procedure:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Open the popup.
  3. Now see the previous and next icon.

Expected: Icon should be added upward and downward.

Actual: Downward and upward is added
