Fresh Install Doesn't Compile

After doing a fresh install I opened the 

EJ2CoreSampleBrowser_NET7.sln and try to run it and it fails to compile.

I deleted the Syncfusion folder so I could try to reinstall but the Essential Studio still thinks it is installed.
