Grid Pager numbers are triggering actual page navigation when clicked

Grid Pager numbers are triggering actual page navigation when clicked.  This is causing major problems with the usage of this component.

This is caused by the button link using a hyperlink with the href set to "#".   The "Go to next page" button is working correctly, because it does not use an actual hyperlink.
