The casing of popupOpen event's parameters are not correct which triggers on cell double click action

In popupOpen event, when a cell is clicked  args.data.startTime will be retrieved (where s is small case in start time) and on double click will be retrieved as args.data.StartTime (where s is capital case in start time). In both case, camel case should be applied.
