Hi there.

Problem: We need to implement a tile server that does not provide a basemap. Only a transparent featurelayer is served. Adding that to SFMap results in features floating in space (we need to use t1.openseamap.org/seamarks).

Solution: Providing a `MapTileSublayer` among the Sublayers would solve this with adding Openstreetmap as a tileserver and the feature tile server as a SubLayer. – Looks like this has been added to Blazor, Flutter, ... in the past but is still missing in Maui SFMaps. (At least I can't find it in wich case a hint would be very appreciated) – Thanks in Advance.
