Chart is rerender when i use legendItemBuilder to custom Legend

i use legendItemBuilder to custom Legend but when a setState Route, chart is rerender and chart shows white flashing. It's not appear if I don't use legendItemBuilder. 

In below video, reload button call setState();

I want if  I use legendItemBuilder, chart will not rerender or not redraw. Please keep chart state!
