Date and month gets swap when we remove the time on input and press ‘tab’ key

Reproduction Steps:

  • Run the sample
  • Open the popup
  • Select September 11
  • Remove 00:00
  • Click tab key
  • You can see the issue

Expected Behavior: Date and month should not swap

Current Behavior: Date and month gets swap when we remove the time on input and press ‘tab’ key
