The Action Begin and Action Complete event is not getting triggered when mention is used with the Rich Text Ed

Issue:

The Action Begin and Action Complete event is not getting triggered when mention is used with the Rich Text Editor

Platform:

Javascript

Version:

22.2.12

Replication Procedure:

  1. Enter Some text
  2. Press the backspace key

Notice there is no Action begin/complete event triggered.

Working fine without Mention.

Expected Behavior:

Integrating with the Mention should not prevent the actionBegin and actionComplete event triggers.

Actual Behavior;

Integrating with the Mention prevents the actionBegin and actionComplete event.
