Provide support for DropDownOpening and DropDownOpened event in SfComboBox in .NET MAUI

We need to implement the support for DropDownOpening and DropDownOpened event in SfComboBox in .NET MAUI

 

Feature Behavior:

The DropDownOpening and DropDownOpened events need to be triggered when the SfComboBox drop-down is opened, either through the drop-down button click or by directly setting the IsDropDownOpen property.
