Tabs inside the form field properties are navigating on swiping over labels

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Add any field
2. Open Properties of added field
3. Place cursor on Name field quickly

OR

3. Do a swipe gesture using mouse on any fields within the window
4. System navigates user to the next tab which is not the intention of user. Happens frequently causing disruption to the workflow.
5. However, this swipe gesture does not work in empty space present within the popup window. It only works when swiped on any fields.

Expected behaviour: System should not navigate to next tab
