Need to provide API to customize the orthogonal connector length to render segment thumb

Currently diagram renders the orthogonal connector segment when the length of the segment is greater than 50 but the customer requirement is to render a segment thumb for the orthogonal connector segment even if the length of the connector is less than 50. We need to provide API to adjust this length value
