Provide a support to change the marker Icon color and Label color smartly based on the background color

Current behavior: 

Currently we have to apply color to marker icon and label based on background like if background color in dark then we have to set light color for marker icon and label to avoid color contrast. 

Expect behavior: 

Marker icon and label should change automatically based on background color. If we define color for marker's label and icon, then that color only reflect in UI.
