Footnotes on first page of Word document not making it to PDF document

I recently upgraded to version 22.2.10 of the Syncfusion suite of document tools for .NET 4.8 via Nuget package manager.

I have a process that builds a Word document and is later converted to PDF once the users are done modifying the file. The issue I am having is that the users' footnotes are not making it onto the converted PDF file. I noticed in my trouble shooting that I was able to get footnotes to appear on all pages except the first. In my user's case the Word document has only one page.
