Support for customizing the start step position of the chart step line series

We need to support to combine the StackingColumn chart with StepLine chart with column width alignment.

Expected Behavior:

Empty



Have to change the rendering process of range step area series.

Current Behavior: 

As of now, the area will only drop after the range of one point has ended. 

Expected Behavior: 

 We need to drop the step in between the points and at the start of the point.
