Support for adding various colors to each value bar in a bullet chart

Need to provide support for assigning a different color to each value bar in a bullet chart by giving color in the data.

Current Behavior: Only one color is set for all value bars through valueFill.

Expected Behavior: Each value bar should be assigned a different color by giving color in the specific data.
