Chart legend text area color is rendered improperly in Excel to PDF conversion

When there is a default style applied for UI text block, during chart to image conversion, while processing legend formatting, currently XlsIO does not bind the text block foreground color. Hence the foreground color gets applied based on application default text block foreground style. This needs to be fixed.
