Convert latest Visio Stencil(.VSSX) into Symbol Palette

Currently, we have support to convert latest Visio Stencil (.VSSX) into our Symbol Palette. But it only works for the lower version of Visio stencil (.VSX). We need to provide support for the latest version too.
