Unwanted braces are added in the LET formula while resaving the Excel document

While resaving the Excel document, the "cm" XML attribute in the cell is not preserved properly in the resaved document. So, curly braces were added at the beginning and the end of the formula in the Microsoft Excel UI. This needs to be fixed.
