Disable MouseWheel Event when scrolled in SfComboBox

When the mouse is scrolled above the SfComboBox it scrolls through the elements inside it. Implement a way to disable this behavior so that when the mouse is scrolled above SfComboBox it doesn't scrolls through elements.
