Exception triggered, when using the up/down arrow buttons when a big number is entered

I am getting an exception while using the Numeric Input, when I set the Max and Min properties values it should restore the value entered to the Max or Min value, but when I entered a really big number e.g 

9999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 and press the up/down arrow button I am getting an exception and the input value will be blank. this is also reproduceable in your Demo page (see attachment).
