UnBoundRow style properties are not working through QueryCellStyle

UnBoundRow background color and it's style are not working through QueryCellStyle. Please find the below code snippet,

private void DataGrid_QueryCellStyle(object sender, QueryCellStyleEventArgs e)

        {

            if(e.RowIndex == 1)

            {

                e.Style.BackgroundColor = Color.Blue;

                e.Style.FontAttribute = FontAttributes.Italic;
