I have a DateTimeEdit control in a ScrollViewer, with EnableMouseWheelEdit disabled. However, when you have your cursor over the DateTimeEdit the parent scroll viewer stops receiving the scroll event trigger.
Ideally, when EnableMouseWheelEdit is false, scrolling would not be consumed by the DateTimeEdit control.
