Add support for "createPopupOnClick" Property in Ribbon Dropdown built-in item

The ribbon dropdown control lacks support for the built-in 'createPopupOnClick' property, which dynamically adds or removes pop-up elements when the button is clicked. 


This support is essential to ensure consistency and improve the performance of the Ribbon control.
