Cell text with new line character and arial font is rendered improperly in Excel to PDF conversion

While performing AutoFitRow, if cell text has a new line character and Arial font, the cell row height is calculated improperly which is causing cell text to render improperly in Excel to PDF conversion. This needs to be fixed.
